Must make effort to post same day of exercise else I forget 😯.
So I have forgot what I did with the Trainer on the 18th. I do remember that it was a good session as usual. At home, I cooked delicious chicken – Walkerswood Jerk seasoning, fresh orange and ginger.
Saturday I was on my own with Pilates but before that, I did some cardio and after class I did MORE cardio plus upper body with free weights. At intervals, I did the bicycle.
I need to get more sleep so I can push myself more.
