I’d jumped on the scale at physio on Friday so knew that I’d lost some more. Would it be enough? Will I meet my target for the 40 days? These two final days had to count.
Not sure I was up for the hard workout today.
What??? Well it didn’t matter. Damion Daniel took me through high reps and little rest between workouts. I had had a heads up from Damion on Friday that I would be soaking wet. So smart me carried a change of top since I had Pilates after. I could have squeezed out a gallon of water whrn he was finished with me. Pilates saved me from going outside to do sprints. Yay!
After the gym, I encountered these. Had to support a worthy cause, init. Fundraising for CARIFTA swim team.
Don’t panic. I didn’t eat them. 👍They were packaged and stored in the freezer for some future date.
I continued my healthy eating in the evening, avoiding carbs as per Damion.
I’m a good student. I follow his instructions….most times!
