7 a.m. Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces bacon, seasoning, likkle cheese, Jamaican callaloo, low carb bread and coffee
12 pm 1 bag of peanuts. That was a reflex action, when the guy came up to the office and asked if I wanted nuts.
12:30 pm: 3 french fries. That was another relex action as I walked by a colleague’s desk and saw my hand dipping into her fries! Ugh. I was pissed at myseld, so went and brewed a cup of coffee. Coffee makes everything better.

4:45 pm: chicken broth which I made (I make it in batches and freeze). My stomach was in turmoil. So I paused before……….
5:55 pm: …..having a chicken salad, including some walnuts, cheese and a hard boiled egg. Also had small slice cantaloupe.

I did not get much sleep last night. So right now (6 pm) I am very sleepy but have to make more broth and cook curry chicken, while the other chicken is in the oven. I hope I cam find space in the freezer to hold everything.
I’m here thinking that if I publish this blog post now, it would mean my eating window has ended. So I will post it now and try and be disciplined. I bought sugar free chewing gum today so that will have to do if I feel for something later while I am working.
